Last Sunday we celebrated Blake and Sara's birthdays. Sara's birthday was on Monday (she turned 5). We had a great lasagna dinner made by Jess and then had a FHE lesson by Dad/Grandpa Nolan. It was a great lesson. Chris and I really enjoyed it, and felt like it was a great reminder to us of some of the things we need to work on as a family. We also planned a trip to the temple together to do sealings. I'm excited to go because Chris and I have never done sealings. Sara fell asleep during the lesson, which explains one of the pictures below. She made some great faces while trying to wake up! Blake wasn't too interested in opening presents, but thanks to his cousins he got more into it. He loves being around Sara and playing with her, so I was glad that they got to share their birthdays together. Thank you all for the presents to Blake.
After presents we had cake and ice cream and played Guitar Hero. (Thanks Heather and Scott for bringing it) Actually....I'm not sure I should thank Heather and Scott....Chris loved it so much and that he went and bought it on Tuesday! Chris is a huge fan now! I'll admit I really like playing it too, so I didn't get mad at Chris for buying it. Here are some pictures from the great night we had. If you click on the picture you will be able to read all the captions and see the pictures better.

Cute pics. I tried to get Jess to blog on the birthday too. You really need the picture of Grandma and Jared playing guitar hero. It's a good one. Sorry I never sent it to you. PS. you never can get a good picture of me either. haha I also look awful...or drunk. HA! And please please don't name your child Aiden...I hate it. :)
Is there any way you can print that page of pictures just as you have it! I love them! I am just going to tell everyone to go to your blog to see what is going on in my life too. you are so much better at it than me!
